Position Information


• Evaluate and resolve insurance claims across various products: home, auto, motorcycle, trucking, business insurance, and warranty programs.

• Analyze insurance policy coverages to assess claim eligibility.

• Conduct thorough investigations by collecting statements, determining loss amounts, negotiating, and finalizing claims.

• Identify subrogation opportunities and pursue them as needed.

• Direct and guide external service providers to ensure an efficient claims investigation, management, and resolution process.

• Draft correspondence and prepare necessary reports.

• Process payments or payment denials.

• Maintain adequate reserve amounts.

Your Profile


• College diploma.

• Possess a claims adjuster license in personal and commercial insurance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management.

• Holding the PAA or FPAA designation or actively pursuing it is advantageous.

• Bilingual in spoken and written French and English; proficiency in English is essential for regular communication with colleagues in other regions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, taking on roles with increasing responsibilities across various insurance products.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
