Xpera, a leading expert in road loss assessments, is seeking a full-time Specialist in Condominium Claims Processing.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and processing claims primarily related to water and fire damage affecting condominium properties.
In addition to handling cases involving insurers, the candidate must possess a valid personal and commercial insurance license.
Essential skills include effective communication, timely report submission, and proficiency in both French and English.
A solid understanding of the roles and responsibilities of condominium owners, their syndicates, and property managers, along with relevant legal knowledge, is crucial.
Training on license renewal processes and adapting to industry changes will be provided. The position offers continuous support and development opportunities for employees.
