Role Summary
We are currently seeking Claims Administrative Support Specialists for a temporary 6-month term. This role is designed for those who are passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and customer service in the insurance claims sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation and correspondence for clients, vendors, and legal entities.
- Oversee the management of archived files and retrieval processes for closed claims.
- Deliver various administrative support tasks.
- Handle, organize, and distribute incoming correspondence efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing business processes.
- Assist in gathering information necessary for claims adjusters to finalize investigations.
- Monitor and follow up on claims files.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficient computer skills with experience in standard office software, particularly in data entry.
- Fluent in written and spoken French.
- Intermediate proficiency in English is an asset, as processing claims from English-speaking clients is a regular requirement.
- No prior Canadian work experience is necessary, but eligibility to work in Canada is required.
