Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities and autism, to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support tailored to the individual needs of our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of personalized care and support plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in adult social care.
  • Adhere to our policies and procedures, ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and consistent care and support services.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • Good general education and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a commitment to the values of Ivolve Care & Support.
  • A satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).
  • A commitment to undertaking training and development opportunities.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
  • Previous experience within a social care setting.
  • Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks.
  • Confident IT user.
