ROLE OVERVIEW
The Client Services Representative, Personal Insurance plays a vital role within the Acera team, collaborating closely with various departments, including Personal Insurance and Operations. While prior experience in insurance is not mandatory, proficiency in Excel and Word, along with meticulous attention to detail and effective task management skills, are essential for handling a dynamic workload.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize strong computer skills to support daily operations.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Maintain organization and adaptability in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
LOCATION AND EMPLOYMENT STATUS
- Full-time, permanent position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an office setting.
- Proficient in Excel and Word, with a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and office technology.
- Familiarity with insurance document management systems is advantageous.
