About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at DGN Insurance Ltd. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in identifying potential markets, establishing client insurance coverage, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insurance Sales: Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Policy Administration: Process and manage insurance policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure. You will be required to sit for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
