Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our team, you will engage daily with customers, provide prompt and accurate service, and assist with customer inquiries regarding billing changes and strategies to help save money.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with billing changes and provide guidance on strategies to help them save money.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Active General Level I insurance license in Alberta.
  • Experience in the real world helping customers find what they want and need.
  • A coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
