Role Overview

Your Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales & Service Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing client needs to enhance existing offerings, which involves developing outreach strategies, introducing innovative products, and providing quotes for personal insurance.
  • Engaging with potential clients by establishing connections, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and re-engaging previous prospects.
  • Creating a trustworthy atmosphere that encourages new sales and retains current clients.
  • Collaborating with team members and working independently to contribute to overall business enhancements.
  • Taking ownership of customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Accurately managing account modifications, maintaining thorough client records, preparing communications, and documenting follow-ups.
  • Addressing complex insurance scenarios by utilizing all available resources until resolution is achieved.
  • Keeping an updated client management system and promptly responding to all client communications.
  • Maintaining precise records of quotes, sales, workdays, and other metrics for monthly reporting.
  • Staying informed about company underwriting standards and market changes.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Candidate Profile

What We Seek:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid RIBO license.
  • Additional national licensing is considered advantageous.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive approach to customer issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage competing tasks.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Epic, Salesforce, and company portals is preferred.
