About the Role
As a key member of our team at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
- Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
- Liaise between clients and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and skills through training and professional development.
Requirements
- General Insurance Level 2 required.
- Previous Commercial Insurance experience an asset.
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation.
- Results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.
- The ability to communicate professionally and adapt in the face of adversity.
