About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Sales Representative to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized sales solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including regular communication, follow-up, and follow-through.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members, product specialists, and support staff to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A valid G driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and use sales software and other tools.
