About the Role
  • Work with customers to identify their needs and preferences, and provide personalized sales solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
  • Familiarize yourself with competitive products and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Monitor leads and schedule appointments with customers
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, and completing sales/purchase contracts
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and explain characteristics and capabilities
  • Follow-up with customers after delivery of their vehicle to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships for future purchases
  • Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
