About the Opportunity:

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for visitors to the Fire & Rescue Services. Your responsibilities will include responding to public inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources. You will provide a wide range of administrative support, including payroll processing, data entry, reporting, and maintaining organized filing systems and records. Additionally, you will assist other administrative roles within the division as needed.


About Your Background:

You should have completed high school and possess a post-secondary qualification in accounting, along with at least three years of relevant office administration experience, particularly in payroll, data management, and records oversight. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in Word and Excel, will enable you to effectively manage a diverse workload. A valid full privilege Class 5 BC Driver's License (or equivalent) is also required.
