MANNZ Canada Immigration is seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
