Role Responsibilities:

In this pivotal position, you will:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with current and prospective clients, including property managers and facility directors.
  2. Product Expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our building automation and mechanical offerings, staying abreast of industry developments.
  3. Customized Solutions: Work closely with our technical team to craft and propose tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and participation in industry events.
  5. Engaging Presentations: Conduct persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of our solutions.
  6. Proposal Development: Create precise and competitive project proposals, ensuring alignment with client budgets and profitability.
  7. Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to finalize agreements and drive revenue growth.
  8. Account Oversight: Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  9. Sales Documentation: Keep meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
  10. Market Insights: Remain informed about market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A proven sales record, ideally within the building automation or mechanical sectors.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to comprehend and explain complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • A willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
