About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Select People Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for our client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Work with clients to provide specific solutions for their product requirements, including customizable options as needed
  • Utilize market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
  • Remain informed about industry developments and market trends to inform decision-making
Requirements
  • Must currently reside in the Lethbridge area and have a local network
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and desire to exceed targets and drive business growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to brainstorm solutions with clients
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite and sales tracking software
  • High value on reliability, honesty, and pride in quality of work
