Role Summary:The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales of our cutting-edge building automation and mechanical systems to commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with current and prospective clients, including property managers and facility directors.
- Product Expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our building automation and mechanical offerings, staying abreast of industry developments.
- Customized Solutions: Work closely with our technical team to devise and present bespoke solutions that meet the unique challenges faced by clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the advantages of our solutions.
- Proposal Development: Create precise and competitive project proposals, ensuring alignment with client budgets and profitability.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the building automation or mechanical sectors.
Strong technical skills with the ability to comprehend and communicate complex systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Self-driven and goal-oriented, capable of working autonomously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
