Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including property managers, facility directors, and building owners.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our building automation and mechanical systems and services, keeping up to date with industry trends and advancements.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with our technical team to design and propose customized solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients by researching and networking within the industry, attending trade shows, and leveraging other lead generation strategies.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate and competitive project proposals and quotations, ensuring profitability and alignment with the client's budget.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure successful deals. Close sales and drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the building automation or mechanical industry.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
