Affinity is seeking experienced Business Process Analysts to contribute to the enhancement of business workflows in alignment with the strategic operating model aimed at supporting our client's transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with core project team members, including representatives from various business units, IT, Testing, Training, and Organizational Change Management, to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
  2. Facilitate workshops focused on the design and enhancement of workflows and processes as required.
  3. Employ problem-solving techniques to identify and document solutions for medium to large-scale challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.
  4. Participate in elaboration sessions to document future state process maps and workflows for all affected business areas.
  5. Offer training and guidance to business team members in creating standard work documents for future state processes.
  6. Utilize a network of subject matter experts to gather and capture essential information and perspectives.
  7. Conduct information gathering related to current and future processes, including cycle times and benefits assessment.
  8. Enhance team capabilities in continuous process improvement tools such as process mapping, problem-solving, and standard work documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Business Process Analyst on large-scale transformational projects, demonstrating a strong skill set and knowledge base.
  2. Familiarity with performance measurement techniques and statistical analysis.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Capability to analyze complex problems and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  5. Proven ability to influence and coach individuals without direct authority through effective facilitation and change management skills.
  6. Support the understanding of technical Continuous Process Improvement concepts.
  7. Proficient in Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint software.
  8. Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Miro, along with strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills.
  9. Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP/Agile) certification, along with training in Business Analysis, BPMN, Change Management, and Continuous Process Improvement (Lean/Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt) is advantageous.
