Position Overview:

  • Full-time, non-union position

Primary Duties:

  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to spearhead projects aimed at refining business processes
  • Establish divisional goals and performance metrics
  • Deliver analytical insights and improvement proposals to stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-departmental teams to execute enhancements
  • Work collaboratively with teams on performance analysis and improvement strategies
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with active stakeholder engagement
  • Examine workflows, communication strategies, and management frameworks
  • Perform additional related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Professional certification is advantageous
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ADKAR are preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to lead teams
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a learning-oriented mindset

  • Some travel may be necessary
  • A valid Driver's License is required
