As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting product and customer squads within our dynamic marketing environment.
Your Responsibilities:- Thought Leader Support: Coordinate logistics for industry conferences and events, including travel arrangements, meeting spaces, registration, and booth production. Manage sponsorship processes, honoraria/grants, and speaker coordination for national conferences.
- Budget Management: Oversee multiple brand budgets across the department, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and accurate tracking of expenses. Collaborate with vendors and customers to resolve inquiries and manage payments.
- Internal Operations: Manage internal communications, meetings, team-building activities, and fundraising events. Support leadership team meetings by developing agendas and action items.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, sales, or business administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support function.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of basic accounting principles.
