As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting product and customer squads within our dynamic marketing environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Thought Leader Support: Coordinate logistics for industry conferences and events, including travel arrangements, meeting spaces, registration, and booth production. Manage sponsorship processes, honoraria/grants, and speaker coordination for national conferences.
  • Budget Management: Oversee multiple brand budgets across the department, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and accurate tracking of expenses. Collaborate with vendors and customers to resolve inquiries and manage payments.
  • Internal Operations: Manage internal communications, meetings, team-building activities, and fundraising events. Support leadership team meetings by developing agendas and action items.
Your Profile:
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, sales, or business administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support function.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of basic accounting principles.
