Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will provide critical support to the product and customer squads at Bayer. This includes Thought Leader (TL) support and agency coordination, Cross Functional (CF) coordination, and e-wizard support in material development for the seamless execution of marketing plans. The successful candidate will manage multiple brand budgets, internal meeting planning, and external meeting planning, as well as provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for participation at industry conferences and TL events, including managing meeting spaces, hotel blocks, travel, registration, and liaising with global partners.
  • Complete sponsorship process and logistics for international travel, manage all honoraria/grants and expenses, and coordinate logistics for speakers at national conferences.
  • Coordinate and set up advisory board and consultant meetings, and attend meetings as required.
  • Develop and roll out internal team processes and timelines, such as ad boards.
  • Manage functional aspects of budgets, including generating POs, tracking multiple brand P&I spends, and ensuring accrual accuracy.
  • Efficiently handle vendor and customer inquiries and problem-solving.
  • Manage internal communications, internal meetings, team creative, team building opportunities, and internal fundraising events.
  • Attend LT meetings, support agenda development/action items.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, sales, or business.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a marketing support function.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team player mentality.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
  • Solid understanding of internal functions and basic accounting terms.
  • Bilingualism would be an asset, but not required.
