Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations at Tiro Marketing. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales team operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Design and implement both permanent and temporary displays for various exhibitions and retail environments.
  • Authorize product returns and manage inventory.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Oversee office and volunteer personnel.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for managing a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
