Stage Experience and Services Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Experience and Services Lead to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and services within our store.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Ensure that our Services Coordinators are adequately trained to manage the Studio and drive services on a day-to-day basis. Partner with experts to provide cast with the necessary product, category, and brand training.
- Maintaining a Coaching Culture: Participate in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches. Regularly attend classes within the store to ensure Facilitators and coaches are meeting expectations.
- Makeup and Skincare Expertise: Demonstrate an understanding of artistry skills through conducting custom makeovers and mini-makeovers, and skincare services as needed.
- Client Engagement: Regularly act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store. Engage with cast and clients on-stage whenever possible.
- Employee Engagement: Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
