At TD, we're committed to delivering legendary customer experiences. As a Senior User Experience Service Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead problem exploration and early-stage design through primary and secondary user research, concept exploration, and prototyping.
  • Support and conduct user and market research activities to understand customer problems at all stages of the design process.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver interactive prototypes for early-stage concepts.
  • Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant experience/education in a design related discipline.
  • ~5+ years of experience, preferably in UX, visual, and/or interaction design.
  • ~ Design experience for mobile and web platforms.
  • ~ Experience conducting user research and user testing.
  • ~ Proven ability to generate assets for build phases.
  • ~ Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale to team members.
