Sweat and Tonic is a leading wellness and lifestyle hub in Toronto, offering a unique blend of boutique fitness, wellness, and lifestyle experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Front of House team, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. As a Shift Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest services and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- Ensure all aspects of the operation are running smoothly, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and Tonic Bar operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest services.
- Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, and/or hospitality, preferably with a premium brand.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory role, successfully leading a small team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting excellence in effectively conveying information.
- Exceptional customer service skills, showcasing a commitment to delivering outstanding service experiences.
- Self-motivate and possess a collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.
