About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Stage Experience Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Your Team
    • Manage the daily operations at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio, ensuring that Coordinators are adequately trained to effectively manage the Studio and drive services on a day-to-day basis.
    • Develop and execute training programs for beauty advisors, focusing on sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Embracing Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology innovations and ensure that beauty advisors are trained to leverage these tools to provide an elevated in-store experience.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to implement new services and programs that drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Client Experience
    • Manage the Services online reservation system, ensuring that beauty advisors' availability and class dates and times are accurately published.
    • Monitor staffing levels to ensure a smooth flow of clients receiving services, while maintaining an efficient client check-in process.
  • Training & Development
    • Execute beauty advisors' training for all new hires, as well as for existing team members, focusing on sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
    • Facilitate orientation and selling model training sessions to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Support the operations team in ensuring that all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals meet company standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, executing visual merchandising flips and replenishing inventory as needed.
  • Vendor Management
    • Ensure that all beauty advisors engage effectively with store brands, providing feedback on brand training effectiveness when possible.
    • Collaborate with brand representatives to ensure that they are effectively training and coaching cast on their products.
Requirements
  • Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
