Office Administrative Assistant

We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Ensure timely and effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as necessary
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects, such as event planning, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
