About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Olie's Repair. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders
  • Support for Diverse Groups
    • Support the employment of persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities
    • Participate in initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
