About the Role

Cabinet Arts Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Ensure that all office supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with our staff, management, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular reports to management on office operations, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
