About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services to meet their needs.
  • Process changes in payment methods and handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license.
