About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Store 119. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Sales Support: Provide advice and recommendations to customers on merchandise and services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security duties.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with standing for extended periods.
  • Language: English (primary language). Fluency in other languages is an asset.
