Equitable Bank is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the visual identity and customer experience of our brand.

As a key member of our creative department, you will collaborate with stakeholders and team members to bring innovative design solutions to life. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing compelling design communications that align with our brand strategy and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Design Excellence: Lead the design process for a wide range of projects, including brand identity, visual strategies, advertising campaigns, and digital content. Ensure consistency in design language across all platforms.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Develop designs that enhance the customer experience and meet their evolving needs. Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to create intuitive and engaging solutions.
  • Digital Expertise: Design for various digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and mobile applications. Optimize graphics for web performance and adhere to SEO best practices.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Brand Stewardship: Champion the Equitable Bank brand identity and maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in design and digital content production.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for web and mobile design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creative vision.
