Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders, including client partners, to conceptualize and implement UI kits, design frameworks, and pattern libraries.
  • Act as a primary client liaison, steering projects across various clients.
  • Rapidly grasp complex and ambiguous concepts and propose sophisticated design solutions.
  • Contribute to user research and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Design to establish innovative workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in crafting innovative and visually captivating user experiences.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, accurately estimating project timelines, and collaborating with project management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Deep understanding of UX methodologies, including sitemaps, personas, user research, and wireframing.
  • Commitment to accessible design principles, with awareness of the latest standards and limitations.
  • Degree in visual design, interaction design, or a related field.
  • An impressive design portfolio showcasing the successful execution of innovative design solutions across a diverse range of styles.
  • Expertise in Figma, with a solid grasp of component-based design.
  • Experience with dedicated prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, Origami).
  • Ability to produce final graphic assets for seamless design implementation.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently, and managing multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, scheduling, and collaboration skills, with a strong emphasis on organization.

Additional Information:

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, with actual salary determined by various factors including relevant experience and expertise. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, retirement savings plans, and paid time off, are available to all permanent employees.
