Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders, including client partners, to craft and implement UI kits, design frameworks, and pattern libraries.
  • Act as a primary client liaison, steering projects across various clients.
  • Quickly grasp complex and ambiguous concepts and propose sophisticated design solutions.
  • Contribute to user research and synthesize findings to integrate into design processes.
  • Collaborate with UX Design to innovate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in creating innovative and visually captivating user experiences.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, estimating project timelines, and collaborating with project management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Deep understanding of UX methodologies, including sitemaps, personas, user research, and wireframes.
  • Strong commitment to accessible design, with knowledge of the latest standards and limitations.
  • Degree in visual design, interaction design, or a related field.
  • Impressive design portfolio showcasing the successful execution of innovative design solutions across diverse styles.
  • Expertise in Figma, with a solid grasp of component-based design principles.
  • Experience with dedicated prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, Origami).
  • Ability to produce final graphic assets for impeccable design implementation.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, scheduling, and collaboration skills, with a strong emphasis on organization.

Additional Information:

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, with actual salary determined by various factors including relevant experience and skills. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, RRSP, and paid time off, are available to all permanent employees.
