Role Summary
As a Creative Design Leader at Mediabistro, you will spearhead the development of innovative design concepts across various media platforms. You will guide a team of designers, ensuring their work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives. Your expertise in UX-based design, typography, and color theory will be instrumental in creating visually engaging and user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for websites, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables, adhering to established style guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a team of designers in an agency or in-house setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creative vision.
- In-depth knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
