Producer, Small Business Solutions - Digital Sales

We're seeking a skilled Producer to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our Commercial Digital Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Insurance broker Level 2 license with a CAIB or CIP designation
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
