Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Kyle Houston - Agent for Desjardins Insurance. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing leads, seizing sales opportunities, and working with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and implement an active marketing strategy to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Sales and Solicitation: Seize all sales opportunities and provide product offers to customers.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Goal-Oriented: A successful track record of meeting sales goals and targets.
- Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Customer Relations: Excellent ability to relate to customers and build strong relationships.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Problem-Solving: Organized and able to problem-solve, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Technology: Strong understanding of social media and technology, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to drive sales growth.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead others, with a focus on building a high-performing team.
- Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty license, as well as Life and Health license, required.
- Product Experience: Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Education: College diploma in a related field, such as business or marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
