Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to guarantee the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials that adhere to our rigorous sustainability criteria.
  • Analyze project requirements to ensure that procurement strategies are in alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and quality benchmarks.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on procurement activities, market trends, and supplier evaluations to senior management.
  • Ensure that all procurement processes comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project or materials management, particularly in sourcing and managing suppliers for transportation or infrastructure initiatives.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, along with a solid command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to comprehend market dynamics and legal regulations within the railway and technology sectors.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
