Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our business partners in the assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other business partners to ensure effective market coverage.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that align with global strategy.
  • Monitor and report on business partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
  • Participate in the development of the strategic business plan for the zone, working closely with the Regional Commercial Manager and other members of the management team.
Requirements
  • University degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry or equivalent power sport industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to learn new software packages quickly.
