Drive Commercial Success as a District Sales Manager

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager for South & Central America and the Caribbean, you'll be responsible for leading all commercial activities across diverse product lines within your assigned markets. Your role is crucial in ensuring that local market needs are effectively communicated back to the organization, shaping our global business plan for the region.

You'll collaborate closely with every department at BRP to ensure smooth problem-solving and successful implementation of our business strategy.

Your Impact:
  • Develop and achieve ambitious commercial objectives, encompassing revenue targets, market share growth, and dealer development strategies for each market within your district.
  • Cultivate and maintain a thriving network of distributors across all product lines, ensuring profitability and strong partnerships.
  • Identify and propose new distributor opportunities to the Commercial Manager, optimizing market coverage and driving growth in your assigned district.
  • Communicate business plan objectives and priorities to distributors, guiding them in developing local business plans aligned with global strategies.
  • Monitor distributor performance throughout the year, ensuring alignment with business plan goals and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Contribute to the development of the strategic business plan for the zone, collaborating with the RCM, Marketing Advisor, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the organization, identifying critical priorities for market development and driving action across departments to ensure successful execution.
  • Analyze sales and marketing opportunities to optimize policies and propose budget allocations that leverage BRP's marketing strategies and distributor performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to ensure consistency with brand management guidelines, product positioning strategies, and dealer development initiatives, while recognizing the unique characteristics of each market.
