Position Overview

Renovatedly Inc is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in our dynamic office environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing productivity.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Draft and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing trial balances.
  • Post journal entries and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Maintain financial records and manage various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
