About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Asoftware IT Support Inc. as an Executive Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Meeting Coordination: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate effective communication.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt response to inquiries.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Answer electronic enquiries and provide support to customers and employees.
  • Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication.
  • Research and Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business objectives.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to support business needs.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to ensure a positive experience.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to support business operations.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

  • Work under Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
