Job Title: Pediatric Anesthesiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team at BC Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Department of Pediatric Anesthesia, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to our young patients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Fellowship-trained Pediatric Anesthesiologist to contribute to the clinical and academic excellence of our group. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a team of experienced anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing anesthesia care to children and youth in our tertiary pediatric hospital
  • Participating in the activities of the acute pain service
  • Contributing to quality improvement, education, research, and faculty development initiatives
  • Collaborating with our Clinical and Research Fellowship Program
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A medical degree and eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Recognition of your anesthesia training by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in British Columbia
  • Successful completion of subspecialty training in pediatric anesthesia
