Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Rite-Hite. As an In-Plant Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products and services to new and existing customers in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize Rite-Hite product sales and profitability in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, developers, and contractors to identify new business opportunities
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and product development
- 4-year college degree in Business or Marketing
- 3+ years of sales experience in the industrial equipment or material handling industry
- Strong mechanical and electronic comprehension, with ability to read and analyze technical procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 CAD, plus comprehensive benefits, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
