We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Rite-Hite. As an In-Plant Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing Rite-Hite in-plant product sales for assigned product lines and various Allied Products lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize assigned territory exposure and penetration.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism through product knowledge and applications, competitive activity, market conditions, and presentation skills.
- Establish long-term customer relationships with architects, developers, general contractors, and end-users.
- Utilize sales tools, skills, and resources to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Assist in overall district development by providing market data and new approaches to sales strategies.
- Four-year college degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Three or more years of related sales experience, preferably in material handling or loading dock equipment sales.
- Flexibility to interact with dock workers up to board room presentation.
- Strong mechanical and electronic comprehension.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
