We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a list of key accounts and prospects in your designated territory, building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets, including writing proposals and tender responses.
- Stay up-to-date with Konica Minolta's product offerings and competitive landscape, and be prepared to demonstrate products to customers.
- Represent Konica Minolta ethically and professionally to customers, ensuring accurate and clear communication.
- Maintain contact with current customers to identify potential upgrades and prepare account reviews.
- Manage the territory database to ensure effective sales prospect follow-up.
- 5-7 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Bilingual French-English.
- Extensive B2B sales experience, with previous industry experience considered an asset.
- Good grounding in PC and network concepts, with the ability to apply these skills to understanding and delivering printing solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence.
- Desire to ensure the utmost in customer satisfaction.
- A valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
- A university or college degree in Business is an asset.
