Brandt is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and profitability for our Central Division. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and providing leadership to the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers
  • Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct equipment finance experience in progressively senior management roles
  • Prior finance experience is an asset
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the Ontario region
