Senior Account Manager

The Charter Telecom Senior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives. This is a high-profile position that requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of success in IT networking sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise and service provider accounts across Canada.
  • Maintain and expand existing relationships with medium and large accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Charter's comprehensive range of IT solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, leveraging this expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of Charter's clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and technical specialists, to deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals, leveraging strong business acumen and technical knowledge to secure new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT networking sales, with a proven track record of success in account management and business consulting.
  • Strong understanding of complex networking solutions, including network architecture, security, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives, technical stakeholders, and other key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • University degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
