Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global sales strategy efforts. As the Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's sales strategy across our entire portfolio of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Sales Officer in developing and implementing the company's sales strategy
- Lead global strategy projects as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with sales and other business divisions
- Analyze territories and prepare market reports to assess viability and opportunity for our business
- Conduct research and analysis to inform sales strategy and product development
- Develop and monitor critical success metrics and communicate insights to senior management
- Lead budgeting and planning processes for the global sales team
- Support the Chief Sales Officer in their executive responsibilities, including preparing presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings
Requirements
- Recognized postgraduate degree
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy, and/or management consulting, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage sales strategies and support senior executives
- Ability to adapt to diverse business environments and cultures
- Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and establish priorities to support business development
- Excellent communication skills for various settings
