About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Stabilization Central Credit Union. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel and vendors
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational strategies
    • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
    • Monitor and report on project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and control
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
